Business Billing Terms
These terms apply only to optional paid business memberships and services offered by YourTech IT LLC through the FBA Business Directory.
Free directory access
Eligible directory listings, verification display, ordinary listing management, reviews, and basic 30-day profile-view analytics are not conditioned on payment. Payment does not establish FBA ownership, verification, authority, trust, ranking, or favorable moderation.
Supporting Business Membership
The membership costs $20 USD monthly or $200 USD annually, with no trial. It renews automatically through the selected provider until renewal is canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. A requested interval change is scheduled for the next renewal and is not prorated mid-term.
Failed payments and loss of access
When a renewal payment fails, paid features may remain available for a 14-day grace period. If payment is not restored, paid entitlements expire; free core directory functionality remains available.
Enhanced Profile Build-Out
The build-out service costs $150 USD once and is manually fulfilled. Provider-confirmed payment creates an awaiting-fulfillment order. The customer must supply intake information and respond to reasonable requests for clarification. The service does not include verification, ranking, moderation preference, or expanded media storage.
Refunds, disputes, and taxes
Refund requests are reviewed by the operator and are not complete until confirmed by the payment provider. Reversals and disputes may suspend paid entitlements while investigated. Applicable taxes, if any, are handled only under an approved provider tax configuration. Enrollment remains disabled until that configuration is operationally approved.
Provider and records
Stripe and PayPal host payment entry and maintain payment credentials. The directory stores provider identifiers, commercial status, payment history, terms acceptance, and audit records, but does not store complete card or bank credentials. Browser redirects do not activate paid access; authenticated provider webhooks and reconciliation are authoritative.
